            This is a slightly more in depth role than the others, but it can still be useful. Hiring a virtual assistant (essentially a long-distance secretary) allows you to offload much of the customary work which goes along withrunning a business. With this done, you can focus on other tasks.

People beginning their own business may not have the time or the expertise to market themselves correctly, so outsourcing is a good way of dealing with both of those problems.

Financial analysis

            Financial analysis does not need to be expensive. In the same way as virtual secretaries can be hired to handle the office paperwork, a virtual CEO can be hired to do the accounting and finances. This can be quite expensive, but it doesn’t need to be constant. Hiring a CEO for a few hours a week can be enough.
